An excitingly adventurous bottle of grape juice from a passionate female winemaker. Carbonic maceration gives the Syrah gorgeous aromatic pop which is tightly contained by the white varietals. Although only 50% 'red', make no mistake, this is a red. Bright, energetic black currant with silky brine
