Body: Light-ish Grapes: Nerello Mascalese Region: Sicily, Italy Vintage: 2021 Winemaker: Massimo & Massimiliano Calabretta Winemaking: Spontaneous ferment in stainless steel / maceration for 7 days / aged in Slavonian oak for 11 months ABV: 13.5% Volume: 750ml Serving Suggestion: 16 - 18 degrees. Put it in an ice bucket for 10 minutes before opening and leave it in there while you drink it.  Gorgeous Sicilian volcanic red. Pretty florals and bright candied cherry fill the glass with refined earthy undertones and that sort-after burnt matchstick smoke for depth and length. Love this type of red.  Dan the Smiling Man
